Hoffbrau Steak & Grill House has four locations in Texas. My family and I were able to check out the one in the Fort Worth area awhile back.

Patty, Bacon with Steak Fries
GRILLED SALMON
Fresh salmon topped with garlic herb butter over steamed spinach, served with roasted corn on the cob
FRIED CATFISH
Fried Catfish with steak fries
Besides the food, the place definitely gave a cowboy/ ranch feel with not only the staff dressed as cowboys but even most of the customers wore their cowboy attire, which I didn't know it was a thing. Maybe next time I go, I'll try to remember and wear some cowboy attire, that's if I buy some lol
